The Client: This healer guides individuals to clarity, calm, and balance through Mindful Mentorship, Yoga Nidra, and coaching, blending science, lived experience, and ancient wisdom. She's refining her elevator pitch, products, pricing, and how it all comes together in a cohesive way.
Hosted a strategy session to dream about the next five years and what she will have accomplished.
Partnered to prioritize work threads (business seeds) based on readiness, impact, and timing (what can be aligned to create natural momentum).
Created a workbook for an upcoming event, a leave-behind, and a study guide to complement the event and ensure the clients have the materials to increase comprehension and refresh their memory when helpful
Produced a roadmap for all tactical steps, allowing the client to take one small step at a time toward their goal
Devised a strategy for growing the team: Now that we know what needs to be done, what don't you want to do? And when we hand it to someone else to do - what materials do they need? Those details + chat GPT create a great project scope to outsource.

The Client: Another powerhouse in the wellness space, offering a unique, accessible, and safe method to self-treat our bodies. She has a life-changing product (My friends and I swear by them) and is now expanding her brand and making it more accessible. Also, she is growing her business so that her life can be lived from anywhere and not tethered to the brick-and-mortar classes she's been teaching herself for so many years.
Hosted a strategy session to discuss & ideate on what exists today, what the future looks like, what things are easy, and what things will take more effort to grow
Partnered to prioritize work threads (business seeds) based on level of effort, impact, profitability, and readiness, What needs to be on the front burner, when it will move to the back burner, etc..
Tactically approached the first work thread project with a project plan, identifying blockers and resources needed, and then executed it (I can't tell you what it is yet, but I will this spring!)
Partnered to start the platform selection process, preparing a beta test for friends & family for platform finalists to make the best decision for the product users

Consulted with the People Team to provide and manage an effective change management strategy & comms throughout a Lever -> Workday Recruiting implementation, create a People Org RACI, and create a Global Employee Handbook.
Created, proposed, and executed a change management and comms strategy leveraging available comms channels, weaving relevant content into employee interactions to both inform and build muscle memory for where to find information in the future
Conducted a Job Description Revamp, pulling content and perspective from existing job postings, career leveling guides, recruiters, comp team, and organizational SMEs to create new job descriptions for all roles and validate with SMEs throughout the business

Created and managed HR Operations for a company as they scaled from 150 employees to 475+ by creating the infrastructure, processes, and relationships to enable the Recruiting, HR, Finance, Ops, IT, Enablement, Legal, and Risk teams to support all other organizations on behalf of the People Team.
Hired, managed, developed, and promoted HR Operations employees on a small team.
Implemented all the necessary processes and reporting required of a company that has crossed the 100 employee threshold.
Selected and implemented an HRIS (WorkforceNow) pulling from various on-prem and cloud-based environments to build out the source of truth, including employment history, Benefit connections, Dashboards, and reports.
Compliantly onboarded, offboarded and managed employee relations and their data/documents remotely.

Created and launched Career Path Matrices for 25 roles and six grades within the products organization through collaborating with Leaders & Hiring Managers. Created a multi-channel comms plan for rollout (including an informational video with the VP HR and EVP of Products org).
Created and launched a technical mentor program for top-performing, nominated, technical, self-identifying women within the Products Organization.
Created v2 of a Delivery and Release Excellence (a program to reward and recognize critical releases) where a software release was necessary, bringing visibility, recognition, and rewards to team members and MVPs.
Program managed our presence at Grace Hopper Conference for the products organization, sending 50 people and bringing back Lunch & Learns, blogs, and pictures for internal-facing culture pieces (FY17 & FY18).
Co-manage Intern Innovation Pod Program (10 pods, 40 interns) to bring our interns together in teams to focus on a project for the duration of their internship, supported by team managers and mentors, bringing visibility to the program through internal and external comms and blogs.

As Chief of Staff of an 85-person org in 4 countries, I drove weekly sync-up/portfolio reviews, partnered with peer and dependent organizations for broader initiatives, tracked Capex/Opex time and organizational goals, facilitated weekly staff meetings, quarterly All Hands, and biz ops.
As Program Manager, I created mature, successful programs around complicated, cross-organizational, global initiatives including but not limited to BCP certification for the entire technology stack, Tech-Refresh/Recycle, CapEx forecast/delivery communications, End-of-life for products, reducing Tech Debt, and updating all runbooks on a regular cadence.
