A strategy session, of course! In ~2 hours, We'll get clear on: 

• What is your existing product?

• How do you sell it? 

• How do your customers find you? 

• What do you want to achieve next? 

• What do *you* think your challenges are/will be? (spoiler alert: it's rarely what you think it is)

• I'll recommend a strategy to achieve your business objectives, we'll tweak it until it feels 100% aligned with your vision

• I'll produce documentation to capture what we discussed in the strategy session (sometimes it takes shape in a roadmap, sometimes a project plan; it just depends on the nature of your work)

• Follow-ons can include:

  • Work sessions

  • Weekly status updates/looking ahead 

  • Framework/outlines/processes/templates, etc. 

  • Operationalizing objectives, literally building the road ahead of you

  • Content creation (internal: manuals, handbooks, external: client-facing guides, policies, terms, manuals, worksheets/books, etc.)

Available for small to large projects at an hourly or project rate, on a 10-99 basis. 

Quotes can be provided after an email exchange or conversation about the project and generally start at $150/hour with a 2-hour minimum.
